Stupidity defined:
 
(a) Voting on, making decisions concerning, or having opinions about that which one knows nothing.
 
(b) Refraining from voting on, not making decisions about, and avoiding issues concerning that which one is expert.
 
(c) Choosing to avoid expanding the area's of one's expertise.
 
Examples: Human beings on planet Earth, especially administrators and twentieth-century so-called "leaders."
 
 
Intelligence defined:
 
(a) Committing oneself and limiting oneself to voting on, making decisions about, and embracing issues concerning that which one is expert.
 
(b) Committing oneself to refrain from voting on, making decisions concerning, or having opinions about that which one knows nothing.
 
(c) Choosing to expand the area's of one's expertise.
 
Examples: Unknown. Possible humanoid examples on planet Earth too few to have statistically meaningful critical mass.
